Norah's Back!
Jones' 2002 debut album Come Away With Me sold millions and won 8 Grammys. Her 2004 follow-up CD, Feels Like Home, sold an astonishing 88 copies at your very own Village Books! Jones went on hiatus after that, hanging our with her friends and spending more time with her longtime boyfriend Lee Alexander, who is also her bass player and collaborator. The songs on the new CD were all written or co-written by Jones and recorded in her home studio whenever she and the band felt like making music. "The result is a collection of musical accidents and sometimes-mellow intentionals, with Jones and her supporting players - who include her boyfriend and a woman she met at band camp when she was 15- all making personal music together." NPR Morning Edition, Jan. 29, 2007.
